A meal with great friends….
We went for a meal tonight with Ange, Denis, Katy and Stuart.
We met in Norwegian Blue for a drink, katy came with us as Stuart was already in Norwich and had been drinking since 3pm!
We then went to the chinese buffet and had lots of food. We had lots of food wine and baileys and then went our seperate ways at around 11.30.
We had a fantastic night and shouldn’t leave it until Christmas next time!
No commentsChristmas disco
Amie had her nursery Christmas disco today.
Julie took her and Harvey as I was shopping, leaving the little babies with the men!
I planned to meet them there after the shopping but unfortunately I missed them which I was dissapointed about.
I think they enjoyed themselves, although Julie said they were a bit unsure.
It would seem Amie wanted to dance but Harvey didnt, a sign of things to come maybe?!
Thanks Julie for taking her though, I would have hated her to miss it
No commentsA shopping trip with the girls
Today I went on a girly shopping trip with Ange and Katy to beccles. Unfortunately I got paid yesterday (fortunately for me but not so fortunate for James!) so I had money to burn!
I treated myself to a very nice top and dress along with a necklace to go with the top so I was very pleased.
Thanks girls for a lovely day
No commentsMy first “proper”shift!
Today I had my first shift at sainsburys on the tills - I was terrified!
I had been feeling ill most of the day and was sick with nerves when I got there!
I’m pleased to say the evening went well though and I didn’t make any mistakes (i think!). I did keep the supervisors busy though running backwards and forwards to me!
No commentsA day with Grandma and Grandad
We had a lovely day today, Beryl and Richard took the girls and I (sorry James you were at work!) to the Marsh harrier for lunch and they treated us to dinner (thank you very much that was really lovely of you!). The girls shared an adults portion of scampi, chips and peas - unbelievably they almost ate the whole plate!
Beryl also had the scampi, I had chicken with garlic and cheese and Richard had chicken pie.
We then went to Notcutts to look at their Christmas decorations. The girls loved it, especially Amie and Beryl bought them each a cuddly snowman which they both love.
Thank you to you both for a lovely day.
No commentsA night out with the neighbours! (ok so they’re friends really!)
We went out tonight with kev and Julie.
We went to see the new bond film which wasn’t to mine and Julies taste (unfortunately I didn’t realise she didn’t like it until it was too late otherwise we could have gone to the pub or seen a chick flick!)
Then we went to malaysian delights for dinner. It’s an oriental buffet restuarant and is basically all you can eat so the boys were in their element!
We had some lovely food and then went to Bedfords for a drink (which took us back lots of years!) and then headed home.
We had a lovely night, thank you to you both for coming and a big thank you to mum and dad for babysitting!
